I purchased my first narrowboat through Swanley. The whole experience was a pleasure. Friendly down to earth service with no sales pressure. Malcolm, Andy and all the ladies on the desk were very friendly and also helped with advice on starting out. Malcolm went above and beyond normal service helping me with my route planning and coming and assisting me taking my boat through the first locks as I had never operated a lock before. I spent several weeks at Swanley due to canal winter stoppages and thoroughly enjoyed my time there and the excellent marina and services it offers. Well done to all the Swanley team!
